However, there is no obligation to attend the full retreat. Please feel free to participate at your comfort level.

This is a well-maintained summer camp retreat center with a variety of sleeping arrangements available. Each lodging option is furnished with either twin or double beds with mattresses. Each building is heated while platform camping sites are not.

Aside from the Bridal suite, no sleeping arrangements on-site have their own connected bathrooms. Please see the bathrooms FAQ for more information on this topic.

Your on-site stay includes standard daily meals from dinner on Thursday through Sunday morning brunch. Those invited to arrive on Wednesday will have meals provided starting Wednesday night.

Refrigerators are available in the House and Lodge, please consider bringing coolers and ice if you intend to bring your own food as there is limited food storage space.

The commercial kitchen in the dining hall is restricted to anyone other than Camp Cedar Ridge Staff. This includes Wedding Party, Volunteers, Vendors, and Talent.

Snacks and BYOB beverages are welcome for the duration of the event presuming you agree to follow the allergy and safety policies for BYO*. We intend to host a family-friendly event and request our guests to help foster a great retreat by being mindful with intake.

We’re thrilled to share that our venue is furnished with tankless hot water heaters so unlike your childhood camp, there will be no shower timers.

There are a multitude of bathing facilities at Camp Cedar Ridge. Guests staying in the house and lodge will have access to a more “home-like” feel of full separate bathrooms.

There are single-occupant bathrooms in the dining hall, Hillside Room, the Conference Center Level 1, and the Bridal Suite. The Hillside Room bathroom includes a shower.

The bunkhouse showers and lower lodge showers are wheelchair and walker accessible.

Bathrooms will not be separated by gender. We encourage folks to use the bathroom of their choice. We do ask that guests refrain from using the restrooms in the conference center, bridal suite, lodge, or house bathrooms unless special arrangements have been made. The camp map will note which style of bathroom is at each location.

Handwashing soap will be provided but please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, shower soap, toothpaste). Please follow the fragrance and allergy policies when considering which toiletries you bring with you to camp.
